Man shot dead in UP

In the Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh, the head of a village, Rishipal, has been shot dead by some hooligans. The incident occurred on Wednesday when the leader was leading a protest by the villagers against power theft by the musclemen. The person who shot the leader is at large but his two sons are now under police custody.
