Supreme Court Questions the Credibility of agency investigating Gujarat Riots

The Supreme Court has raised questions on the credibility of the agency involved in finding out truth of the Gujarat Riots which occurred in 2002. A complaint was filed against the agency around two months ago. The main argument against the agency is, it has Shivanand Jha, an accused police officer in the case, in it. The Supreme Court will examine the evidence on Thursday. The CD, which has telephone calls which the government officials made during and after the Gujarat riots.
